Building Pathways to Good-Paying Jobs
A strong economy starts with strong workers, but too many Floridians are stuck in jobs that don’t pay enough to keep up with the cost of living. At the same time, employers are struggling to find skilled workers.
I believe we must invest in workforce development, job training programs, and partnerships that connect people to meaningful, good-paying careers. This includes supporting trade programs, higher education, and innovation in emerging industries.
When people have access to opportunity, they don’t just survive, they thrive. That’s the kind of economy we should be building.
